The Iranian Embassy in Mexico rejected the alleged attack against the Israeli ambassador in our country, Einat Kranz Neiger, and which was neutralized.
The diplomatic representation emphasized that will never betray the trust that the government of Mexico has placed in that nation.
“The accusation about an alleged attempt by Iran to assassinate the ambassador of the Israeli regime in Mexico is a media invention, a big lie, whose objective is to damage the friendly and historical relations between both countries (Mexico and Iran), which we categorically reject,” denounced the Iranian embassy.
“The security and reputation of Mexico are also the security and reputation of Iran. We will never betray the trust that the government of Mexico has placed in us.
“In no way will we damage the good image of Mexicans, our friends. We consider that betraying Mexico’s interests is betraying our own. Respecting the laws of Mexico is our greatest interest,” he expressed.
The embassy charged that the “accusation of anti-Semitism” against Iran “is a big lie fabricated in the minds of racist Israeli leaders.”
He assured that in Iran there are more than 100 synagogues, all open to the public and without the need for security guards.
“During the Israeli aggression against Iran in June, not a single case of verbal harassment was recorded towards the large Jewish community living in the country,” he noted.
The Israeli embassy in Mexico thanked our country’s intelligence and security services “for having neutralized the terrorist intentions, directed by Iran,” to attack ambassador Einat Kranz Neiger.
