The Secretariat of Comprehensive Risk Management and Civil Protection (SGIRPC) issued the yellow alert in CDMX before the low temperature forecast.
This Thursday, November 6, through an information sheet, the Secretariat of Comprehensive Risk Management and Civil Protection of the CDMX informed the inhabitants of six mayors about the activation of the yellow alert, due to the forecast of low temperatures for the early morning and morning of this Friday.

In this regard, the capital agency detailed at the 1:00 p.m. cutoff that between 00:00 and 08:00 a.m. low temperatures between 4 to 6°Cin:
- Alvaro Obregon
- Cuajimalpa
- Magdalena Contreras
- Milpa Alta
- Tlalpan
- Xochimilco
Recommendations after yellow alert
Given these conditions, the SGIRPC issued a series of recommendations in order to avoid respiratory diseases:
- Dress appropriately, cover your nose and mouth
- Protect pets from the cold, do not leave them outdoors.
- Avoid sudden changes in temperature.
- Eat plenty of water, fruits and vegetables with vitamins A and C
