Díaz Mena reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to substantive equality and the eradication of violence against women, by point out that Yucatán works for a state where everyone lives safe, free and respected.
The governor explained that, with the signing of this commitment, his administration assumes the moral and legal obligation to protect the rights of women.

The official added that the Booklet represents a tool of social pedagogy that promotes knowledge, appropriation and exercise of women’s rights in all public and private spaces.
