The Visabeira group’s turnover rose 18% until September, compared to the same period in 2024, to 2,002 million euros, the company announced.
In the first nine months of the year, the increase in turnover was 300 million euros, year-on-year. Earnings before taxes, interest, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) grew 30% to 246 million euros.
“We ended the third quarter of 2025 with very positive results, reflecting the consistency of our strategy and the strong execution of the Visabeira group teams”, says the executive president (CEO), Nuno Terras Marques.
The manager highlights that the performance “was achieved mainly organically, which gives it greater robustness and relevance, consolidating the trust of customers and partners in the group’s operational capacity”.
Expand presence in international markets
Visabeira Global, “through Constructel remained the main driver of performance, with solid evolution in international markets, particularly in the United States and the United Kingdom, where we continue to expand our presence, strengthen teams and consolidate relationships with strategic clients”, continues the CEO.
The contracts in the portfolio, worth 5,746 million euros, are concentrated in the telecommunications and energy sectors and ensure “a stable and predictable basis for future growth”, he says.
Furthermore, “the geographic dispersion of the portfolio, with emphasis on Europe and the United States of America, attests to clients’ confidence in our ability to execute and the added value we offer”, he adds.
The Visabeira group “is prepared to continue growing with ambition, discipline and long-term vision, in line with the defined strategy and commitment to creating sustainable value”, he concludes.
By business areas, Visabeira Global, which operates in the telecommunications, energy, technology and construction sectors, recorded a historical turnover of 1,806 million euros, 18% more year-on-year.
Visabeira Indústria increased its turnover by 11% to 139 million euros and Visabeira Turismo e Imobiliária recorded a turnover of 51.5 million euros (an increase of 23%).
By geographic regions, Europe, excluding Portugal, leads with 904 million euros in turnover, 105 million euros more than in the same period last year, representing 45% of the total volume”, says the group.
The USA continues “to gain weight, reaching 599 million euros, more than 141 million euros than in the same period last year, now representing 30% of global sales”.
The Portuguese market recorded a turnover of 407 million euros, “more than 45 million euros compared to the same period last year, representing 20% of the total volume” and Africa totaled 92 million euros, “more than 8 million euros compared to the same period last year, reaching 92 million euros, totaling 5% of total sales”.
