Carolina Deslandeswho last week became a mother for the fourth time, wrote a post in which praised his partner’s roleLuís Delgado, these days.
“My son was born to the sound of this song. With him was born a father”, writes the singer-songwriter, aged 34. “Tears of emotion were born, talking and thanking life – several times – were born, ‘what do you need?’, ‘Have you taken your pain medication?’, ‘Drink more water, love’, ‘sleep, I’m here’. Born to look at it and ask ‘How is it possible for there to be someone so perfect in the world?’”.
For Carolina Deslandes, “This is where a father is born. It’s not just when he holds a child, it’s when he sees his wife and mother and embraces her, becoming part of the equation. Some of it is not aid, some of it is meat. It’s soul. It’s about being everyone’s. And that’s what family is about.”
