Next Sunday, November 30th, some areas of the municipalities of Faro, Portimão, Lisbon and Sintra should be temporarily no electricity between 5am and 11am in the morning, informs E-REDES in a statement released on website.
The cuts in electricity are due to maintenance work on the electrical network, carried out regularly by the company, generally on Sundays, and are communicated to municipalities and on the E-REDES website every Wednesday.
Find out which parishes will have their electricity interrupted:
- Faro – Parishes of Almancil, from 7am to 11am (Rua do Mirante) and Quarteira, from 7am to 11am (Avenida Infante de Sagres);
- Portimão – Parish of Portimão, from 5:30 am to 10 am (Largo Padre Gloria, Rua Cerca Do Colégio, Rua Padre Da Glória)
- Lisboa – Parishes of Alcântara, from 5am to 11am (Doca de Santo Amaro) and Campolide, from 5am to 11am (Avenida José Malhoa, Rua Cardeal Saraiva)
- Sintra – Union of Parishes of Almargem Do Bispo, Pêro Pinheiro and Montelavar, from 5am to 11am (Estrada da Serra, Entrance Lugar, Estrada Maceira, Lugar Serra Maceira, Rua António José da Silva e Castro, Rua dos Touros, Travessa dos Trabalhadores)
For safety reasons, E-REDES warns that, in the event of early restoration of the electrical supply or the need for technical tests, all installations must be considered permanently live.
