What is the deadline to receive the 2025 bonus?
In accordance with the provisions of Article 87 of the Federal Labor Law, workers have the right to receive a bonus payment each year before December 20.
In the event that a worker does not receive the payment of this benefit, or if the employer makes the payment after the deadline, they can request assistance by contacting the Federal Attorney for the Defense of Labor (Profedet), for which they can resort to one of the following alternatives:
