MEXICO CITY.— Vadhir Derbez expressed his love, affection and support for his sister Aislinn, who is mourning the death of his mother Gabriela Michel, death that was announced on Monday. The actress was 65 years old and suffered a heart attack.
Vadhir, the third son of Eugenio Derbez, He regretted how people react online in these types of cases, as he received several messages in which they called him insensitive for the stories he shared prior to the death of Gabriela Michel; Vadhir physically accompanied his sister although he said, he did not publish it.
“I love you sister, you know that we are always here to support. I am surprised to see how society reacts to these things on networks. I have received a number of messages in the stories, about how insensitive I am, and how I am not supporting my sister at the moment. When of course I was there physically with her (I just didn’t publish it),” she complained.
It seems silly to Vadhir that many give so much importance to a photo in moments of mourning, and he specified that if he did it it was for the people more than a message for Aislinn, who knows perfectly well that she has his unconditional support.
“What is insensitive is that while you are grieving, you have to look for photos and see what to post so that people see that you are “supporting,” I assure you.
