He #Edomex It already has the most expensive and inefficient transportation and now they want to raise it to $16. A true injustice against the poorest!

Semov published the measure in the Government Gazette and indicated that the minimum fare in the entity will go from 12 to 14 pesos and with an additional cost of 25 cents for each kilometer traveled, while in the south of Edomex it will be 11 pesos.
The agreement establishes that boys and girls under 5 years of age will be able to travel for free. The increase will not apply to older adults, remaining at 12 pesos, as long as their credential from the National Institute of Older Adults (INAPAM) is presented.
On social networks it was announced that in certain areas of Edomex, users have not paid the rate adjustment, citing ignorance and discontent.

In addition, drivers of the routes that provide service to the Suburban, Tlalnepantla station, announced that they will continue to charge 12 pesos until they officially receive the Semov document, since they have yet to receive the tariff pyramid corresponding to the municipalities of the Valley of Mexico.
Another hit to the pocket! …

Mexicans accuse the economy of a blow
The dissidents indicated that the rate increase represents a blow to the popular economy. In addition, they assured that the measure is not justified by the poor service provided in the urban transportation units, which is why they demanded that Governor Gómez reverse the increase in the rate.
“Well, it seems like it’s not much, but it’s two pesos that will affect us as a family and there is bad service,” commented a user on social networks.
It should be noted that with the new increase in the fare, the fare could exceed 20 pesos since there are many people who make long journeys that exceed five kilometers, so they will have to spend a greater amount of resources to reach their destinations.
🚌🔥#edomex Who approves of raising the cost to the most abusive rate in the center of the country? I do not approve of paying more for the service that is most vulnerable to crimes, accidents and #GenderViolence!
