“They wanted to stuff me with blueberries!” gulped a turkey
Authorities from the National Immigration Institute confirmed that, in the last few hours, thousands of turkeys have crossed the northern border requesting humanitarian asylum, alleging persecution in the United States.

The turkeys were fleeing from strange recipes

The Mexican authorities have guaranteed that every turkey that arrives in our country asking for refuge will be welcomed regardless of its immigration status or how much gravy the Americans have smeared on it while “giving thanks.”
Some believe that our country has accepted all these isolated turkeys, not so much because of the situation itself, but to prevent them from continuing to be the subject of unpalatable recipes that gringos believe are tasty.
