The businessman warned of what he called a “new stage of fiscal terrorism” in Mexico during a speech in which he defended the free market and questioned economic redistribution policies.
Mexico City, November 11 (However).- The tycoon Ricardo Salinas Pliego published this Tuesday a new video in which he attacked the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) as well as against the project of the Fourth Transformation (4Q) headed by the President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.
“Hello, friends. Well, what do you think? Again the President with the same old story. Saying that I don’t pay taxes. False, false of all falsehood. We have paid and pay a lot of taxes. Now we have an old controversy and as you know, now this new spurious judicial power is going to resolve it,” said the owner of Elektra on X, formerly Twitter.
The businessman warned of what he called a “new stage of fiscal terrorism” in Mexico during a speech in which he defended the free market and questioned economic redistribution policies. The strident message occurs when the plenary session of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) plans to definitively dismiss seven lawsuits by Grupo Elektra and TV Azteca, owned by Salinas Pliego, for which it will have to pay a debt of more than 40 billion pesos (mdp) that has been dragging on for 17 years.
Salinas Pliego assured that the SCJN is a spurious Court, since less than eight percent of Mexicans went to vote in the judicial elections. “So, what can you expect from a resolution from a Court of lies? Well, another nail in the coffin of democracy. However, I clarify, as I told you a week ago: tell me how much I owe, let the SAT quantify what I have to pay and we will end all this once and for all.”
“We do not have an official position from the SAT on how much we have to pay. Meanwhile, in Mexico democracy is over because the division of powers is over, protection is over, they left us helpless. And who are the new judges? We are partisans at the service of Morena. That is the truth. Here we are seeing a very serious violation of the human rights of all Mexicans, not just mine, eh? And well, the President spoke about our political positions and how they are different. It is true, we are very different,” he stressed.
Once again, the president lies about me and continues her political persecution with the sole purpose of protecting the criminals of the Macuspana Cartel, who continue to hide and destroy the country.

Pliego said he was on the side of truth, life, freedom, property, as well as competition. “And that leads us to prosperity. And they are on the side of the parasites and that’s why I tell them, you shitty lefties, you deserve it. You know what? Those shitty lefties have caused millions and millions of deaths and impoverished lives,” he harangued.
Then, he once again expressed his intentions to be President of the Republic. “Everyone who knows me knows that I am a hard-working person, I deliver results. I know how to steer the ship and you know what I mean. Now comes a new stage of fiscal terrorism. It has already happened to Samsung, Telefónica, Nissan and many others. The robbery of the parasites on the producers,” he assured.
In his speech, Salinas recalled the anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall and used it as an example to question socialist models. “And what happened? Which way did the Germans run? Did they run towards Russia? No, they ran towards the West, towards freedom,” he said.
“Now that it has just been the anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall 36 years ago. Which side did the Germans run for? Did they run for the side of Russia? No, they ran towards the West, towards freedom. And why do Cubans leave on rafts, risking their skin and their lives?” he questioned.
The businessman pointed out that the regimes of Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua and North Korea represent, in his words, “a great socialist failure,” and blamed leftist doctrines for generating poverty. “Their doctrine is impoverishing, they live by stealing from others,” he said, while referring disparagingly to those he described as “left-handed,” accusing them of appropriating the work of others under the pretext of redistributing wealth.
Salinas also criticized the management of public resources in Mexico and mentioned the case of the “fiscal huachicol”, to which he attributed million-dollar losses for Pemex and the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE). “They steal the money. Everyone who knows me knows that I am a hard-working person, I give results,” he said.
On Monday it was announced that Tv Azteca has until Wednesday to file a motion to dismiss or suspend the accusation they have in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, pending the resolution of the process in private arbitration with its creditors, to whom it owes more than 580 million dollars.
The same reports indicate that both the Grupo Salinas companies and their creditors must present their plans for the start of the trial itself, which the creditors sought to begin no later than December 5.
In Mexico, although the SCJN scheduled for Thursday the dismissal of the seven lawsuits for being clearly inadmissible – four requests for protection for the same number of tax credits, two appeals and one impediment – the decision could be postponed, according to sources from the highest court.
