Mexico City, November 30 (However).- The former president Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) presented this Sunday its new book titled Greatnesswhich he wrote during his retirement from public life, in addition to announcing that next year he will publish a second text in the series, which will be titled Gloria.
“It is about vindicating the original peoples of ancient Mexico, the denied civilization, as Guillermo Bonfil Batalla would say, because thanks to that legacy of knowledge, values, customs, traditions and art, Mexico, despite the regrets, continues to be a cultural power in the world,” he wrote on his X account.
In a video recorded from his villa in Palenque, Chiapas, the Tabasco native explained that this text is an investigation into the cultural history of pre-Hispanic civilizations, such as the Olmecs and the Mayans.
