FIRST. — A man lost his life Friday night in a motorcycle accident that occurred on the highway Muna–San José Tipcehwhen he allegedly lost control of his vehicle and skidded off the road.
According to data obtained at the site, the accident occurred shortly before 10 p.m. The driver, identified as Rosendo T.of 47 years old and resident of the municipality of Saint Joseph Tipcehtraveled from west to east aboard a motorcycle Hercules when left the road and hit the ground.
Motorcyclist killed in Muna
As a result of the strong blow, the man died instantly. Witnesses indicated that the motorcyclist would have consumed alcoholic beverages before the accident, which could have contributed to the loss of control.
Elements of the Muna Municipal Police and paramedics from the same corporation, who confirmed the death. Later, lifeguards arrived from the Ticul Red Crossalthough they could do nothing to save his life.
Relatives of the deceased arrived at the scene and remained waiting for the experts from the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) and of Forensic Medical Service (Semefo)who carried out the procedures and the removal of the body.
