Mexico City, November 28 (However).- A control judge linked to the process this Friday Jorge Antonio Calderonalias “The Goofy“, identified as the alleged mastermind of the homicide of the lawyer David Cohen Sacal on October 13 in the vicinity of the Judicial City, Mexico City (CdMx).
He Public Ministry of the Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City (FGJ-CdMx) presented the accusation against the alleged perpetrator identified as mastermind of crime.
According to the judicial authorities, “El Goofy” will remain imprisoned in the Oriente Men’s Preventive Prison until the two-month period that the judge granted for the conclusion of the corresponding proceedings that will determine the legal situation of the detainee expires.

Elements of the Investigative Police (PDI) of the Prosecutor’s Office arrested Jorge Antonio Calderón yesterday in the Del Gas neighborhood, Mayor’s Office of Azcapotzalco, where he remained hidden.
With the evidence collected, the Public Ministry agent requested and obtained the corresponding arrest warrant and then transferred him to the Oriente Prison, where he was placed at the disposal of the judicial authority.
Previously, PDI agents detained Héctor “N” in flagrante delicto, one of the material participants in the attack against lawyer Cohen. Subsequently, on October 15, elements of the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) apprehended Donovan “N”, who was also identified as the probable perpetrator.

Both subjects are young people between 18 and 20 years of age who claimed to live in a situation of economic precariousness, so they agreed to get involved in the crime without really knowing that it was about murdering David Cohen.
Luis Alberto Hernández, defender of Héctor “N”, emphasized that the 18-year-old young man did not know what would happen on October 13 in the Judicial City, since the people who implicated him in the case told him that it was only about “collecting money and giving a person a scare.”
