The leader of Morena, Luisa María Alcaldepresumed that thanks to the legislative majorities of the guinda party it was possible to draft a new Constitution.
“Thanks to the work of the legislators of our Movement, we practically wrote a new Constitution. What the @DiputadosMorena and @MorenaSenadores have done, as well as all our local deputies, has been, without fear of being wrong, a feat. “They have risen to the occasion, acting as true representatives of the people,” he said.

Yesterday, the national president of Morena announced the closing of the national tour for the creation of the Sectional Committees for the Defense of Transformationwith more than 43 thousand assemblies held throughout the country. He highlighted that this historic effort demonstrates the organizational strength of the Movement and the trust of the people in the Fourth Transformationwhich is moving towards the goal of forming a committee in each of the 71,541 electoral sections of Mexico.
“In Morena, we are in fundamental times for the consolidation of our Movement, of our Party, today here in La Paz, in Baja California Sur, we are very happy and happy with the results. There is no political force capable of convening in this way,” stated the Morena leader at the press conference at the closing of the second tour of the National Executive Committee (CEN) of the Party, which began last July 22 and in which the leadership met with just over 14 thousand leaders throughout the national territory.

He stressed that this organizational feat, with a progress of 60 percent to date, was one of the agreements reached in the National Council of Morena and thousands of women and men who want to collaborate with the Transformation have participated with great enthusiasm. In the case of Baja California Sur, he added, 525 Sectional Committees will be formed.
This large participation, which also reflects the trust and support of the people, is reflected at the national and state level with the people’s support for the governments of Morena. In Baja California Sur, for example, President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo has an approval rating of almost 79 percent.
