The American president, Donald Trumpannounced on Friday that he is annulling all the decrees that his predecessor Joe Biden signed with a signing machine.
“Any document signed by the sleepyhead Joe Biden with the signing machinewhich was approximately 92% of them, is hereby nullified and of no force or effect,” Trump wrote on his website. Truth Social.
The legal consequences of the announcement are unclear or whether Trump has the power to overturn decrees or orders from his predecessor.
Nor if the use of a signing machine, called “autopen“in English, are grounds to invalidate Biden’s orders.
It should be noted that President Trump posted a photo of the signing machine in the place of Joe Biden’s.
