Air quality in Mexico City
In its 6:00 a.m. report, the Mexico City Atmospheric Monitoring Directorate rated the air quality in the country’s capital as acceptable, with a moderate risk level.
The monitoring stations were marked in green (Good), with the exception of La Merced and El Pedregal, in Mexico City, and Tlalnepantla, in the State of Mexico, which were in yellow (Acceptable).
The Mexico City Government agency reports every hour on the quality of the air breathed in the megalopolis in order to warn the population and make the appropriate decisions if pollution becomes a risk.
