With the purpose of strengthening the health service for the population, the members of the Ecatepec City Council unanimously approved the disincorporation of a property located in Santa María Chiconautla to build a Family Medicine Unit (UMF) of the IMSS, in the thirtieth ordinary session of the Cabildo.
For reasons of public utility, the municipal president Azucena Cisneros Coss and the trustees and councilors voted in favor of the disincorporation of the municipal real estate assets of a fraction identified with the letter “D” of the property called “Los Muertos”, located on Tikal street without number, block s/n, in Santa María Chiconautla, with an area of 10,000.65 square meters.
The land will be donated to the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS), destined for the Regional Deconcentrated Administrative Operation Body of the State of Mexico East, to carry out the necessary actions for the construction of the Family Medical Unit.
After this, the municipal government will request the Local Legislature, through the State Executive, to remove the property described above from the municipal assets for donation.
Likewise, the Ecatepec Town Council approved the fiscal stimulus campaign for fiscal year 2025 for the acquisition of real estate and other operations to transfer ownership of real estate and its accessories.
