The Political Coordination Board (Jucopo) of the Senate defined the list of 10 aspirants to the FGRof which Chairwoman Claudia Sheinbaum will return a short list from which the successor of Alejandro Gertz Manero.
This Tuesday the Board headed by the Morenista Adam Augusto Lopez Hernandez announced the list in which it appears Ernestine Godoyoffice manager of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) after the withdrawal of Gertz Manero last week.

The list is made up of 5 women and 5 men, namely:
- Luz María Zarza Delgado
- Maribel Bojorges Beltran
- Sandra Luz González Mogollón
- Ernestina Godoy Ramos
- Mirna Lucía Grande Hernández
- Luis Manuel Pérez de Acha
- Alfredo Barrera Flores
- Hamlet García Almaguer
- David Borja Padilla
- Miguel Nava Alvarado
This list must be endorsed by 2/3 of the Camera Alta before being sent to the owner of the Executive Federal.
After this, the Chairwoman will define the shortlist that the Senate must evaluate, through an appearance in plenary, and then vote.
The person elected must have the approval of 2/3 of the votes of the Senate.
Although the Law gives the federal Executive a 10-day window to define the shortlist, it is expected that its owner will send it in less time.
