The Tax Administration Service (SAT) reported on the availability of appointments in its service modules for the week of November 3 to 7, 2025, highlighting that most offices operate with high capacity to receive taxpayers. With this, the organization seeks to guarantee attention without long waits and reaffirms its commitment to efficiency, transparency and accessibility in tax procedures.

According to the most recent report, 96% of SAT units have high availability for this weekwhile 3% register a medium level and only 1% maintain low availability. This situation covers registration services to the Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), password generation or renewal, data updating, obtaining an electronic signature and personalized guidance, among other procedures that require in-person attention.

The SAT reminded taxpayers that all appointments must be managed exclusively through the official appointment portalwhere it is possible to schedule, modify or cancel shifts, in addition to verifying the hours of operation and the specific requirements for each procedure. He also stressed that the services are completely free and urged people to avoid intermediaries or managers who request unauthorized payments, since all procedures must be carried out directly and safely on official platforms.

For people who do not find immediate availability in a nearby module, the institution suggests consulting alternative offices within the same entity or activating system alerts, which notify when new spaces are released. In addition, the SAT keeps its national directory of modules updated, with schedules that generally range Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.in order to facilitate the planning of visits.

Finally, the SAT informs taxpayers that Older adults, people with disabilities, pregnant women and those with nursing babies can carry out their procedures at the treasury offices without having to make an appointment.
