The financial support is bimonthly and amounts to 1,900 pesos, delivered through Banco del Bienestar cards. The Ministry of Public Education (SEP) and the National Coordination of Scholarships for Wellbeing are in charge of its operation and dispersion.

When is the last payment for 2025?

Facing the end of the year, thousands of families are wondering when the last payment of 2025 will arrive. Although the authorities have not yet published the official calendar, preliminary information indicates that the last dispersion of the year will take place during December, as part of the final two months of the cycle.

Deposits are made in stages according to the first letter of the paternal surname of the registered guardian, so the beneficiaries will receive the resource on different dates throughout the month.

It is also expected that students who received their card during November – corresponding to the September registration process – will obtain their first payment in this same period.

How many deposits will there be in 2026?

As for 2026, the program is expected to maintain its bimonthly payment scheme, which would imply six deposits throughout the yearalways subject to the calendar that the SEP and the National Coordination of Scholarships for Wellbeing will announce in the first months.

To avoid confusion, authorities recommend consulting only the official channels of the Government of Mexico and institutional accounts, where the head of the CNBBBJ, Julio León, also shares updates about the program.

Staying informed is key to knowing precisely the dates, amounts and requirements that will apply both for the closing of 2025 and for the beginning of 2026.
