In the municipality of Naucalpan de Juárezgoverned by the municipal president Isaac Montoyathe Directorate of Citizen Security and Urban Mobility proposed attention to different goals in terms of implementing an effective police force and reducing crimes to guarantee the safety of its inhabitants.

However, in three completed quarters, different objectives remain at 0%.

For example, one of the goals proposed by the Security Directorate area was the strengthening of the state’s effective police force. It was proposed to measure the efficiency of security elements per thousand inhabitants, so that the greatest number of these elements operated. However, at the end of the penultimate quarter of the year, the goal did not have a single positive movement.

Another percentage that did not show any reaction was crime incidence suffered by the inhabitants of Naucalpan. This goal sought to contribute to improving the quality of life of the municipality’s population through the correct operation of public security.

Regarding the percentage variation in the crime incidence in the municipality of Naucalpanthe Directorate of Citizen Security also did not show results, despite programming a baseline of measurement, with “crime” as the unit of measurement.

Another objective of the municipality that seemed important in principle was training for police elements. The aim was to measure the percentage of these trained workers with specific professional training, but this goal was quickly forgotten, since they were never assigned a measurement baseline or a programmed goal. The indicator remained at zero.

Therefore, the lack of interest in the issue of security in said municipality can be verified throughout the 16 indicators proposed in terms of public security.
