This measure aims to alleviate the acute shortage of doctors in rural areas and could fundamentally change the way medical services are delivered. Customers have the opportunity to communicate with doctors via video in a specially designed room, allowing for flexible and accessible healthcare.
Technology plays a central role in this project. Consultations are usually accessed via a smartphone, with patients able to receive medical advice in a soundproof room.
