New York City is the center of global gastronomy, with the 18th edition of the Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival (NYCWFF) with activities taking place through October 19. This Friday, October 17th marks the Blue Moon Burger Bash 2.0 burger contest and the Late Night Bites, Beats & Sweets event.

The event brings together more than 300 chefs, mixologists, winemakers, creators and celebrities throughout 50 events. The event promises the participation of celebrities such as Sofia and Manolo Vergara, Bobby Flay, Brooke Williamson, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Brooklyn Beckham, Rachael Ray, Padma Lakshmi, Brie Larson, Ja Rule, José Andrés, Alain Ducasse, Alice Waters.

The Blue Moon Burger Bash 2.0 is scheduled for this Friday, October 17, presented by Pat LaFrieda Meats, with Brooklyn Beckham and Rachael Ray with a hamburger contest with a musical atmosphere by DJ CASSIDY.

Choosing the best burger will be led by a panel of celebrity judges including Ja Rule, Sunny Anderson, Ana Navarro, Ben Leventhal, Olivia Tiedemann, Joshua Weissman deciding who gets burger bragging rights.

Additionally, Patrón Tequila presents Tacos & Tequila, which brings together the best taquerias in the city under one roof, pairing bold bites with premium tequilas and mezcals with Tequila Cazadores and Illegal Mezcal, presented by Brie Larson, Courtney McBroom and Aarón Sánchez, according to a release from the festival.

There will also be the Z100 Morning Show’s Late Night Bites, Beats & Sweets, presented by Paris Baguette, with a selection of late night snacks and desserts.

While on October 8 is the Grand Tasting in its daytime edition at the Invesco QQQ Festival Campus. One of the most important events that will be presented by Sofía and Manolo Vergara. The occasion features demonstrations by chefs such as Kwame Onwuachi and Brie Larson.

There will also be a Grand Tasting at Sunset, presented by Bobby Flay and Brooke Williamson with Music by DJ Tokyo Rose and a variety of culinary offerings.

The closing will take place on October 19 with a culinary event called “Catch of the Day: A Seafood Feast,” presented by Modelo, with Andrew Zimmern.

Programming includes a Sunday Dinner hosted by @The_Pasta Queen and Lil Mo Mozzarella (Family Italian Feast).
